The Process

It’s a simple 3-step process: Creative, production, and distribution.

Our process is simple and efficient, broken down into three key stages: creative, production, and distribution. First, we collaborate with you during the creative phase to design a custom label that captures your event’s personality. Once the design is finalized, we move into the production phase, where the brewery takes over—brewing your beer, filling the cans, and applying the custom labels with precision. Finally, in the distribution phase, your labeled cans are packaged, stored, and ready for pick-up to be enjoyed at your event. Each step ensures a seamless journey from concept to completion.

This is where we discuss your design! We will talk about your preferences for the label and any specific elements you would like to include. We require a creative brief where you can share your vision for the label, provide images for inspiration, or even try your hand at sketching out what you have in mind. This is also the phase where you choose which beer you want in your can.

The cost of our packages covers the development of the label, beginning with a rough sketch that allows for your feedback and requested changes. After this phase, we proceed to production.

Creative

Once we finalize your custom label design and send it off to the printer, the fun begins at the brewery. On brew day, we capture moments behind the scenes, giving you a peek into how the beer ferments and develops in the tanks. After a few weeks, when the beer has hit its perfect flavor, it’s time for the canning line.

With painstaking attention to detail, Red Bus Brewing Company carefully fills each can, applies the custom labels, and packages your product.

The cans are stored in the walk-in fridge, ready for your event, and you are notified when to come pick them up. Every step of the process is focused on making sure you have the best overall experience and get the best beer, wrapped in a beautiful label.

Production

Your beer is canned as close to your event date as possible to guarantee maximum freshness and is then transferred to cold storage for your convenience.

If you require delivery of the beer, we can arrange this for a fee (within 150 miles of Folsom, CA); please discuss your delivery needs with us early in the process to allow for proper planning.

We recommend putting the beer on ice or refrigerating it prior to your event, giving yourself enough time for it to cool down adequately. The labels are coated to withstand moisture, ensuring they stay intact when placed in an ice chest, unlike bottles with paper labels that may peel off when wet.
